MATCHLAB90

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 September 2026

This notice describes how MATCHLAB90 handles personal information.

Information collected

We may collect your name, email, membership plan, billing details and payment status, transaction references, support messages and access details. Website visits may generate IP address, browser and device information, usage and security logs. We may receive relevant subscription data from Stripe and membership delivery providers.

Why and how we use it

We use information to provide memberships, arrange access, process renewals and cancellations, send service notices, answer support requests, keep accounting records, protect the site and prevent fraud. Our UK GDPR bases are contract for membership delivery, legal obligation for required records, legitimate interests for security and administration, and consent for optional marketing or non-essential cookies where required. You may withdraw consent.

Sharing and Stripe

Stripe processes checkout and recurring payments. We receive limited billing and payment status information; we do not store full card details on this website. See Stripe's privacy notice. Necessary data may be shared with hosting, email, analytics or membership delivery providers, advisers and authorities where required. We do not sell personal data. Providers outside the UK may process data under appropriate UK safeguards where required.

Cookies

Essential cookies or similar technology may support website security and operation; Stripe may use cookies during checkout. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, we will provide any notice and choice required by law. Browser settings can also control cookies, though blocking essential ones may impair the service.

Retention and security

We retain membership and support information while needed to provide the service and resolve issues, and longer where tax, accounting or legal obligations require. We then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable security measures including access controls and a specialist payment processor, though no online service can promise absolute security.

Your UK rights

Subject to applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of data, object to certain uses, and withdraw consent. Email support@matchlab90.com; we may verify identity. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We will update this page if our practices change.
