These terms apply to MATCHLAB90 paid football analysis and prediction memberships. You must be 18 or older.

Membership and renewal

Standard is £29.99 weekly; Premium is £69.99 weekly; longer memberships are £299 every 3 months, £549 every 6 months, and £999 every 12 months. Each plan renews automatically at the same interval until cancelled. The checkout shows the plan, features, amount and frequency before payment. If checkout or the plan page differs from these terms, ask us before paying.

Access

After successful payment, we arrange personal access to the membership content and delivery channels described at checkout, which may include the website, email or a private Telegram channel. Match coverage and publication times may vary. Access generally continues to the end of a paid period after cancellation. Failed or reversed payments may pause access.

Cancellation

Cancel future renewals at any time using the management link in your Stripe receipt or customer portal, if offered, or email support@matchlab90.com from your checkout email. We will confirm cancellation. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date. Leaving a delivery channel does not itself cancel billing.

Refunds and consumer rights

Charges for a period already begun are generally non-refundable merely because content was not used or a prediction lost. Contact us about incorrect charges, missing access or faulty service for an appropriate remedy or refund. UK consumers may have a 14-day right to cancel an online contract, subject to the rules for services and digital content supplied during that period. Any legally required express consent and acknowledgement for immediate digital supply will be presented at checkout where applicable. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.

Predictions and betting

We provide information and opinion; we do not accept bets or place them for members. Bet only where lawful and with licensed operators, and never more than you can afford to lose. For gambling support, visit GamCare.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Membership is personal. Do not share accounts, copy or resell paid selections, scrape content, disrupt the service or misuse others' information. MATCHLAB90 retains rights in its brand, website and analysis. Subscription grants a limited, non-transferable right to view content during paid access. Material misuse may lead to suspension.

Changes and contact

We may change content or these terms with reasonable notice of material changes. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or a particular match selection. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or negligence causing death or personal injury. For questions or complaints, email support@matchlab90.com.
